What is our Bat Removal/Exclusion Program?
First, we conduct a thorough inspection of your home to identify where bats are entering. Plus, we identify potential areas they may try to enter your home.
The best time to remove bats is in Spring until June 1st and then late summer Starting August 1st until late Fall. Between June 1st and August 1st, the young bats are not capable of flying and leaving the roost.
Bat exclusion is the most humane way to remove bats. We use bat exclusion devices, one-way doors, to allow bats to exit the home without harming them. At the same time, we seal any potential entry points. Then after allowing at least 7 days for bats to exit, we fully seal all entry points.
After bats have been removed, we clean up any bat guano (droppings) and urine, as they can carry diseases like histoplasmosis.

Signs of bat:
1. High-pitched squeaking, chirping, or scratching sounds, often at night, coming from walls, ceilings, or the attic. Fluttering sound of wings.
2. Piles of small, dark, pellet-shaped droppings. Guano (bat droppings) often crumbles into powder when touched and has a shiny appearance from insect exoskeletons.
3. A strong, musty ammonia smell caused by accumulated guano and urine.
4. Bats seen flying to or from your home, particularly around sunset.
5. Occasional bats found inside the house, often entering from the attic.
